Return Policy

Last updated: September 2026

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on tickets once a purchase is completed, except in the specific case-by-case scenarios described below.

1. No standard returns on tickets

Because tickets are digital, uniquely issued, and instantly available for use, we operate a zero-return policy by default. This means we can't offer a refund or exchange simply because you can no longer attend, purchased the wrong category or date, or changed your mind after checkout. Please double-check event details, ticket type, and date before completing your purchase.

2. Case-by-case exceptions

Refunds are only made available in specific circumstances — most commonly when an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by its organizer. These exceptions are decided on a per-event basis, at the discretion of us and/or the event organizer.

When an exception applies to a given event, we'll communicate exactly how to request your refund directly to ticket holders — typically by email to the address used at checkout, and/or as a notice on that event's page. This will include specific instructions (where to apply, by when, and what you'll need to provide) for that event only. Refund eligibility, timelines, and methods can vary event to event, so always follow the instructions issued for the specific event in question rather than assuming a general policy applies.

3. If an event is cancelled and no instructions have reached you

If you believe an event you hold a ticket for has been cancelled or postponed and you haven't received refund instructions, contact us with your order number and we'll point you to the right process for that event.
