1. Information we collect

When you browse events, we don't require an account. When you create one, join a ticket queue, or purchase a ticket, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, date of birth, phone number, and — for guest checkouts — the same details entered at checkout. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by OnePay, our third-party payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV — that information is handled entirely by OnePay on their secure payment page. We retain a record of the transaction reference, amount, and payment status to manage your order and provide support.

3. How we use your information

• To process ticket purchases and deliver your digital tickets by email
• To verify your identity at the event, via the QR code on each ticket
• To manage your account, including email verification via a one-time code
• To operate the digital queue / waiting room for high-demand events
• To send order confirmations, and — where relevant — event updates or refund instructions
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions

4. Third-party services

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors to operate the platform:

• OnePay — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional email delivery (tickets, verification codes, order updates)
• Google — optional sign-in, if you choose to use it

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your place in a ticket queue. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain order and ticket records for as long as necessary to provide support, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to records we're required to keep.
